From 2014-2015, I wrote a weekly column called “Livin’ on the Edge” for The Villager, published by Beverly Area Planning Association in Chicago. From 2017-2021, I served as editor of my employer’s bi-weekly wellness blog.
Also in 2017, PIZZA FOR BREAKFAST began with one tiny post — sharing a story from years ago, when my father introduced us to deep dish pizza on a freezing December evening in Chicago. Although as a family we typically argued on a daily basis, we found common ground in our love for a fantastic pizza pie. Today, a visit to Pizzeria Uno remains our family tradition.
Using inspiration from family, friends and even strangers, I record stories here, whether they be funny, inspiring or slightly suspicious.
We all have a story to tell. What’s yours?
